calexx ti ej dao najbolji odgovor - zovi microsoft. Mislim da imas pravo da promenis jezik. Kod XP je to bio LIP (Language Installation Pack) imao si cirilicu i latinicu. Kod W7 se zove Windows 7 Language Packs. U stvari evo ti svi detalji:
Product: Windows 7 Language Packs
Version: 7
Part Number: FYC-00140
Language: Serbian Latin
Operating System Type: 32 bit
Total Download Size: 1846 MB
Download Part Name: SW DVD5 NTRL Win 7 32BIT MultiLang no ZHTW Lang Pk
Windows 7 language packs are available for computers that are running Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows 7 Enterprise. The language packs in Windows 7 Enterprise enable you to support up to 36 different languages using a single master image, rather than creating separate images for different languages. When you install a language pack, you can change the interface language of Windows 7 to the language that you select. Language packs also let multiple users who share a computer select distinct display languages. For example, one user can select to see the dialog boxes, menus, and other text in Japanese, whereas another user can select to see the same content in French.
Mislim da imas na tvom racunaru ovde:
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Windows Update\Change settings
istikliraj sve i onda ce ti dati pod opitonal update oko 40-ak jezika gde je i srpski latinica. Ja imam Windows 7 Enterprise i na njemu imam language pack u sekciji update.
Samo naravno mora da je Windows legalan.
